‘Growing a Nation of Hope’
We have available in the Library for reading the Uniting Church National Assembly Federal election resource, ‘Growing a Nation of Hope’.  

The resource covers important areas of public policy in Australia.  It is non-partisan and non party political.  The booklet contains theological reflections on issues and a set of 12 Hot Issue Briefs which contain a short summary of facts and other issues of significance to our lives, eg. Poverty, Fair Taxation, Multiculturalism, etc.

Hope Valley Uniting Church
Pastor to Children and Families

We are seeking a mature and energetic Christian leader who can give oversight
and develop our ministries to children
and their families.

This person must have an enthusiasm for children and a proven ability to work and develop volunteers and teams of all ages. 

The position is up to full-time and will commence January 2008.

From the World Mission Team
The Mission Offering on Sunday 14 October will go towards the work our young people will do when they are at the ‘The Home of the Open Heart’ in Thailand in December.
