From the World Mission Team:
Have you looked at the Mission noticeboard lately?  There are 3 interesting emails and letter from the Schreibers in East Timor, the  Paschkes in Vanuatu and the Pridhams in Talac, Kyrgyzstan.  Our missions offerings have recently helped support these people.  It is great to read about their journeys and to keep these people in prayer as they work overseas in difficult areas.

The DVD teaches on how to walk in the presence, personality, power and purposes of the Holy Spirit.
The CD recording of the Seminar recently held at Hope Valley can be ordered.  The cost is $10 for a set of 4 CDs.

Letterbox drop for Christmas
Christmas celebrations are a month away and this year the Worship Team is planning a Christmas Presentation called ‘Summer Road’ for the Christmas Eve Services.

So that the community can be invited to share Christmas at Hope Valley, we are planning for a letterbox drop of 6,000 postcards into the community during the first 2 weeks in December.

We hope you will be able to participate by  delivering a bundle of postcards.

Today is Christ the King Sunday in the Lectionary Calendar.
The flowers on the Sanctuary reflect the theme and the coming of the King.
