Outreach and Mission

Your Help Needed!
On the first Sunday of each month we have communion and on that day a mission box is made available for people to bring in any non-perishable food items for mission outreach to help needy people.  We are happy to receive non-perishable items, eg: tinned food, longlife milk, packet food, rice, cereal etc.

Community Care
Support Network

Our church is aiming to respond quickly to people who are in need, both inside and outside the church, through practical support in the form of food hampers and cooked meals etc.

We are asking everyone to be alert to those in need of help and to refer them quickly to the Community Support Team (Kerry Ball, Judy Wait and Anne Headland) so that support can be offered.  The team can be contacted via pigeon holes in the Welcome Centre or personally.

You may like to support us by cooking meals (which can be frozen) to be placed in our freezer for emergency delivery or by delivering food and hampers.   Disposable, ovenproof, food containers are available for your use if required.

Please contact us if you can help in any way or would like to join our team.  We’d love to hear from you.       Kerry Ball
